Service Contracts

All Service contracts are valid for a period of 12 months. The renwal is automatic and the customer is billed and an invoice copy will be sent in the 9th month of the current contract .

Bronze Plan - (Standard with all Pixel products) (9X5 day support)
This Plan is a standard service pack with all the products unless mentioned.
The Hardware Warranty covers faulty or defective material or manufacturing defects only during the period of the contract.
It would include a basic service agreement with Pixel Computers that covers service charges incured (labor and parts) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The service will be provided "Next Business Day" and between 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM IST. This will also include e-mail/phone support for the products. Free upgrades for software (update can be done by us if remote login is possible else labour is charged) Pixel's has the choice of repair or replacement of faulty / defective material. It could be replaced with a new or refurbished component certified fit for use by Pixel. Pixel Computers will the the final deciding authority in this regard. This contract covers labour charges for repair/replacement of hardware components, any software configuration or re configuration is out of the basic warranty and will be chargeable. This service contract is applicable within city limits. If the location exceed acceptable travel distances the cost of the visit would have to be borne by the customer.

Silver Plan - (9X5 day support) + (software configuration support)
This is a special service plan for a period of 12 months. Should one want to upgrade from the bronze plan to the silver plan this should be made within 30 days of installation of the pixel product. In the event that you wish to upgrade the plan at a later date , our engineers will have to initially certify the server before the customer opts for the silver plan this visit for evaluation would be charged at a reasonable rate.

Gold Plan - (9X7 day support) + (software configuration support)
This is a premium service pack and is valid for a period of 12 months.
Should one want to upgrade from the any plan to the gold plan this should be made within 30 days of installation of the pixel product. In the event that you wish to upgrade the plan at a later date , our engineers will have to initially certify the server before the customer opts for the silver plan this visit for evaluation would be charged at a reasonable rate.

Diamond Plan - (24X7 day support) + (software configuration support)+(Sameday service)+(12 month)
This is as you see a maximum support contract. Should one want to upgrade from any plan to the Diamond plan this should be made within 30 days of installation of the pixel product. In the event that you wish to upgrade the plan at a later date , our engineers will have to initially certify the server before the customer opts for the silver plan this visit for evaluation would be charged at a reasonable rate.

This ensures minimum turnaround time "6 Hr." This contract can be availed only for installation in all Metro Cities and well within city limits.
